Our Vision
At Arca Health, our care is provided in the most compassionate, caring, committed quality assured and proactive in the comfort and safety of your own home by our registered nurses as well as our skilled and competent health care assistants/ support workers.
Our care is much more than nursing. Its about the health and well being as well as safety for our service user.
Our Core values include:
- Person Centred Care: Our service users are fully involved in deciding what and how they want their care to be implemented and therefore a care plan that is tailored to meet the individual needs is put in place.
- Dignity and respect: Our service users are always treated with dignity and respect, allowing them to make choices that are in their best interests and maintain their independence in a way that promotes health and wellbeing.
- Safe Care that allows our service users to give regular feedback on the care they are receiving.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our offices are open 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. But we also have a robust, proactive out of hours service, ensuring there is always someone available to answer your call and resolve your queries.
